Heres something that could help you understand the referal system
The referral program has two levels. You get paid 20% of what your direct referrals make and 10% of what THEIR referrals make. Members can make hundreds a month just by referring other members to our free program!Basically, if you refer someone to CashCrate, you'll receive a 20% referral comission. For example, lets say you have a friend join. Your friend earns $1. Your friend will keep the entire $1, and you will receive a bonus of 20 cents. It doesn't sound like much, but it can really add up.Also, you'll get a $3.00 bonus when a referral from any country earns their first $10.00.The referral comission percentages also increase as you add more referrals:Bronze - 0 Active Referrals - 20% First Level, 10% Second LevelSilver - 50 Active Referrals - 25% First Level, 10% Second LevelGold - 150 Active Referrals - 25% First Level, 15% Second LevelPlatinum - 300 Active Referrals - 30% First Level, 15% Second LevelElite - 500 Active Referrals - 30% First Level, 20% Second LevelFirst level referrals are the people you refer to CashCrate. Second level referrals are the people your referrals refer. To calculate the referral levels above, we count USA referrals as Active Referrals. But you'll still earn a referral comission if you have someone join from another country and they do offers.
Heres some other questions you might have.
Q: How exactly does this work?Good question. We work with several different companies and advertising networks to find offers for you to complete. When we find a company who wants to have our users try their product or service, we list it on our site. When a user completes their offer through our site, they report the completion to us and we credit your account.People often ask why some offers take hours or days to confirm for them, and the simple answer is that we rely on our advertisers to provide us with statistics about users who have completed their offers. Some offers credit almost instantly, but others take longer because the advertiser may give us updates only periodically. Once we receive this information from our advertisers, user accounts are updated automatically.
Q: What does it mean when an offer is Pending? We provide the “Pending” feature only as a way for you to track the offers that you’ve done. Just because an offer is Pending does not mean it will be credited, and even if you forget to submit an offer to us, you’ll still receive credit for the offer when the company reports to us.You may have noticed that it’s possible to submit offers to us (and give them Pending status) even if you haven’t completed them. Remember that you will only be credited for the offer when the advertiser notifies us that you have completed the offer.
Q: How long do offers stay Pending? An offer stays pending until we receive credit for it or until two weeks have passed. If two weeks have passed without crediting, it will be removed from your Pending list and put back into your Available Offers list so you can complete it. If that same offer is eventually credited to us, we’ll credit your account regardless of whether it’s Pending or not.
Q: I did an offer and I still haven’t received credit. Why?If you an offer hasn’t credited for you, it’s because we haven’t received credit. If, for any reason, we don’t receive credit from the advertiser, we cannot credit your account. Remember that in most cases offers confirm within a couple of hours, but sometimes they can take days or weeks. We know it’s hard to wait, but try to be patient!
Q: Why would an advertiser withhold credit if I completed the offer? We understand it’s frustrating to do an offer and not get credit for it—it’s frustrating for us, too! There are a variety of reasons why an advertiser may not credit us for an offer you believe you completed. Here are some of those reasons:• You didn’t complete the entire offer. If you quit half way through a survey or don’t finish an offer, you won’t be credited. For example, many sites require that you confirm your email address at the end of the registration.• Fake or inaccurate information was used. If you use fake information when completing an offer, you will not receive credit. Using fake or misleading information is also against our Terms of Service and will result in the termination of your account. If you’re not interested in having a company know your real information, don’t do the offer!• You’ve done the offer before. Advertisers aren’t interested in paying for the same person to try their product or service multiple times. If you’ve done the offer (or possibly even an offer from the same company) outside of CashCrate, we won’t receive credit for it if you do it again.• You used a gift card or prepaid credit card to do the offer. If you do an offer that requires a credit card, some companies will not credit us if you use a gift card or prepaid credit card. This is because they don’t want you signing up for a trial, only to find that your card gets declined if you continue with them after the trial period.• You canceled the offer immediately. If you sign-up for a product trial and then immediately cancel your trial, you won’t receive credit. The point of our program is that you get paid to try products and services that you’re interested in. By canceling immediately, you’re indicating that you weren’t even interested to begin with. If you’re not interested in an offer, don’t do it!
Q: I have very few offers available to me. What’s the deal?Unfortunately the bulk of our offers are only available to those users within the United States. Very few are available to international members at this time. The good news is that we’re starting to see more and more international offers (especially for those of you in Europe and Canada).
Q: What else should I keep in mind when completing offers?Be sure you read the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any other relevant information on an advertiser’s site before you do an offer. While we try to give you a general idea of what an offer is and how much it costs, we can’t guarantee that our information is accurate or up-to-date. Be sure to check for yourself first

FAQ ON CASHCRATE:"Frequently Asked QuestionsCompanies need consumers to try and review products, services, and websites and are willing to pay money to have them do so. You must be atleast 13 years old. Members from the United States and other English speaking countries will have the most offers available to them, but members from other countries are welcome as well.
How much can I make? How much you can make is dependent on a few things such as what country you're from and how much time you're willing to devote to making money. As it is, most members have the opportunity to make more than a thousand dollars! When do I get paid?Users who meet our minimum payout (only $10!) have their payments processed by the 20th of the following month So, if you earn $250 in June, you'll get paid in mid-July.
How does the referral program work? The referral program has two levels. You get paid 20% of what your direct referrals make and 10% of what THEIR referrals make. Members can make hundreds a month just by referring other members to our free program! What's the best way to get started? After you sign-up, you'll be presented with a short message on how to complete offers along with a "fast-track", which is a list offers which you should complete right away because they are high paying and take little time to complete.I referred my friend and it didn't give me credit? The most common problem we encounter is when a group of people such as a dormitory at a university are on a shared IP and all run the same IP address. Since this is our first line of defense to protect against fraudulent referrals, you may just be out of luck. We have other methods to try and detect these types of referrals as well and if we believe a referral is suspect you will not immediately be given credit for it."--CashCrate.com

Cashcrate making money without spending money
Cashcrate is a great way to make money online, all you have to do is do surveys. Cash offers 100% free they range from $0.15-$7.00! It is safe to put your personal information on signing up and also for completing offers. Go to: http://cashcrate.com/678587 If you sign up there you will be helping me out a lot! Please!! Sign up!
I have made $55 dollars in one week. I have been searching for a couple months now. And this works. Once you sign up with CashCrate, you'll see a list of hundreds of offers and surveys to complete. On the top of the list, there's a sort box, and three tabs. You can choose to do offers to get money (Cash Offers), points (Point Offers) or complete the Daily Survey. If you want to get points, to then exchange them with items in their Prize Shop, click the Point Offers tab, and complete the offers that list below. If you want to make money, I suggest you first complete the Daily Survey every day, which will get you an extra $24 each month (30 x $0.80).
Now if you go to complete offers you have a list of free offers ready to be completed. You have a link to the offer, an offer's description, it's value, and a Submit button. Start by clicking on the offer's link, and doing what the offer's description says. Once you've done what it's needed to complete the offer, click the submit button, so the system moves the offer to your pending But you can also do the referals and make money with that too! So go on make money! Here's the link again! http://cashcrate.com/678587
